At Lifestyle Bookkeeping we offer quality bookkeepers for temporary or short term relief and regular placements for all types and sizes of companies. We have experience in many areas including accountancy, retail, construction, property development, manufacturing and other small businesses.
Our service includes an initial consultation to determine your unique needs and to develop a bookkeeping plan. We will help identify and find solutions to any current problems you may have and put systems into place to ensure that your accounting procedures run smoothly.
We can provide many levels of service from basic record keeping functions, invoice preparation, accounts payable functions, bank reconciliations, debt collection to monthly & quarterly reporting, cash flow management, budget preparation and variance reporting to investigative forensic bookkeeping.
We work closely with your accountant to provide them with all the information they require in their preferred format. We pride ourselves on being a valuable link between you and your accountant and always speaking plain english.
We are able to offer bookkeepers for a variety of functions:
- Initial housekeeping or clean up of records.
- Set up of a computerised system from manual records.
- Set up an accounting system and provide procedures for you to complete yourself.
- Provide a regular bookkeeper on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.
- Payroll services offsite or on.
- Provide a bookkeeper/accounts person for temporary or holiday relief.
- We can work on site or off.
- Experience in many accounting packages.
